Notes. The columns give the correspondence between the CSM density (i.e., Ṁ) and the extent (RCSM) on the one hand, and the CSM mass and the radius of the electron-scattering photosphere initially on the other hand. For the latter, an ionized H-rich CSM was assumed (i.e., κ = 0.34 cm2 g−1). All simulations presented here were based on a ZAMS star of 15 M evolved at solar metallicity. See Sect. 2 for a discussion.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
