Notes. We obtain vedge and v∞ from all the available P Cygni line profiles in the UV. Single velocity measurement from each line is subject to an uncertainty ∆v = 30 km s−1 which takes into account the velocity resolution of the UV spectra and the uncertainty in the radial velocity correction, which were added in quadrature.
