log10 tE–log10 θE space distribution of detectable NS lenses from the vkick = 450 km/s simulation run (coloured) compared to that of lenses from other classes (stars, WDs, and BHs; light grey). The NS lenses are coloured by the event parameters lens velocity vL, lens mass ML, source distance DL, lens distance μL, and a measure of background area subject to light deflection by the lens per unit time θE · μL (from top left row-wise). NSs located in the spur region distinguishable from other lens classes are nearby, have high proper motions, and are relatively very likely to cause lensing events.
