Same as Fig. 7, but for the case where the LOS is perpendicular to the mean magnetic field. Due to the weak LOS magnetic component, M₁ values remain close to zero and M₂ is narrower across the field. While the density structures of CNM and WNM are similar to the parallel case, the Faraday moments show significantly reduced signal, consistent with expectations for a transverse magnetic-field configuration.
