(4)The upper energy limits for electron channels are defined by the related response function. (5) The electron energy losses are in MeV. (6)A0 denotes an energy threshold that needs to be passed, A1 a threshold that may not be passed. The threshold values can be found in Müller-Mellin et al. (1995).
