SEEKAT localisation of 47 Tuc ai, with the 1σ uncertainty on the localised position shown as a magenta coloured ellipse. The grey ellipses are beams from the observation 26U1 in which the pulsar was detected at the highest S/N, and they were used for localising the pulsar as discussed in Sect. 3.2. The centre of the GC 47 Tuc (central cross), the core radius (blue circle), and the positions of some of the known pulsars in 47 Tuc are shown for reference. The image covers an area of 1 arcmin × 1 arcmin around the centre of the GC 00h 24m 05.67s, −72°  04′ 52.6″ (Woodley et al. 2012).
