Comparison of the our Te-based metallicities with strong-line metallicities in our galaxy sample, as a function of radius. Here, we use the N2 Marino et al. (2013) strong-line calibration. The N2 values (grey) are compared with individual Te[N II] metallicities (red) and Te[N II] stacked metallicities (black). For context, the subsample of individual regions with Te[N II] detections are highlighted within the N2 measurements in light blue. Linear radial gradients are fit when there are at least 5 measurements that cover at least 0.5 reff. Galaxies are ordered from low (top) to high (bottom) stellar mass, and axis scalings are not matched between galaxies.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
