Optical depth spectra for the 1:100 indene in water matrix experiment as a function of ion fluence. The water feature at around 3300 cm−1 is displayed as well as a close-up view of the two analyzed indene features at 1458 cm−1 and 1393 cm−1. The color bar represents the irradiation fluence at which each spectrum was taken.
