Summary of eccentricity values for all binaries at relevant times: e0 is the initial eccentricity of the galactic merger; eb is the eccentricity at binary formation; eMCMC is the best-fit value for the initial eccentricity used in the SAM (obtained from the MCMC); and ePTA is the eccentricity with which the binary enters the PTA band (i.e. when fGW, p = 10−9 Hz). The symbols ‘/’, ‘x’, (T), and (1) have the same meaning as in Table 3.
