The parameter value was fixed.

All neutral line profiles taken from Hölzer et al. (1997). The norm in ph s⁻¹ of the file model represents the total number of photons.

The inner radius of the disk is degenerate with the spin of the BH; see text.

The values are tied to these for Fe Kαβ_nar.
