Notes. The top section shows bins in median peak Lyα luminosity density log ( L Ly α ; peak QSO / L ) Mathematical equation: $ \log(L^\mathrm{{QSO}}_\mathrm{{Ly}\alpha;peak}/\mathrm{L_\odot}) $. The middle section shows median bolometric luminosity log(Lbol/L) bins. The bottom section lists bins A2, A3 defined in Section 4.1.1 and the stacked nondetections Section 3.4). Each section shows the parameters obtained to fit the SB profiles and velocity dispersion profiles. The SB profiles are fit, after correcting for cosmological dimming and in comoving units, with both a power-law and exponential model of the form SBLyα(1 + z)4 = SB0 × rα and SBLyα(r) = SB0 × e−(r/Rh), respectively. While the median velocity dispersion profiles are fit with a power law of form σ = σ50(r/50 ckpc)β (see Section 4.1.2).

(a)

Number of individual profiles within bin.

(b)

SB0 in units of erg s−1 cm−2 arcsec−2.

(c)

RMSD = Root mean square deviation between the fit and the profile.

(d)

Rh in units of kpc.

(e)

σ50 in units of km s−1.

(f)

ND = nondetections
