We have noticed three typographical errors in the third paragraph of Sect. 4.2. The penultimate sentence should read: This figure shows a significant decrease in the v sin i range at a locus of approximately log(Teff) = 4.26 at log(L/L⊙) = 4.2 to log(Teff) = 4.434 at log(L⊙) = 5.5, as indicated by the vertical dashed line.
